This course is excellent to build on previous masterclasses or as an independent week of teaching and learning given all material is bespoke. Comprehension: An original Fortis comprehension paper to analyse and annotate, identifying the author’s tools (literary devices) and their effect. Question analysis skills, phrasing and structuring PETA answers. Meticulous in making a clear point, choosing appropriate evidence, naming the technique and analysing the effect. Writing skills: Using literary devices in descriptive writing, using our method to hit the examiner’s mark scheme. Following the examinations, many students have received letters from next schools commending their writing skills. Grammar and Vocabulary. All material is original and cannot be purchased.
